We are breeders and producers of high quality Trakehner and Warmblood horses, from foals to just backed youngstock and performance horses on the outset of their competition careers. All of our horses are selected from proven genes using only the very best bloodlines. Keysoe 4th Febuary 2009
*** Woodcroft Garuda K wins another Advanced 100 class at Keysoe with 63.1%. Woodcroft Woodpecker wins the Novice 27 with 63.6% & is 3rd in the Novice 27 with 62.9%. Woodcroft Rosenrot wins her Prelim with over 60% and is now qualified for the Regionals. A good day!***

*** Woodcroft Rosenrot has a great result at Laughton Manor Dressage coming first & second in both Prelims with 68% & 66%. Fine and Dandy imported by Woodcroft Stud & owned By Amanda Barrett continues there fantastic run of top results winning both Novices at Wilerby with 69% & 70%! Young Para rider Lauren Rathbones Desert Sunshine, imported by us had a 2nd & 6th also at Wilerby with 66% & 65%. Woodcroft Woodpecker has 2 wins at Keysoe at Novice with 70% & 63% Congratulations!***
*** Woodcroft Garuda K has won the award for the leading sire of successful Progeny at the British Equine Federation Futurity Scheme 2008. He has also just won his first Advanced Dressage with a score of 69.4% at Keysoe 21st Jan 2009.***
***Woodcroft Stud has a fantastic result at the Trakehner show 2008, Woodcroft Diore is now a Premium mare & wins the Mare Perfornance Test with a score of 8.85, becoming Supreme Champion of 2008. Venedis Imported by Woodcroft Stud became a Premium mare & was Reserve Champion of the Mare Performance test - congratulations Anna. Woodcroft Kristabelle was 2 year old winner & Reserve Youngstock Champion - congratulations to her new owner Michelle. Grace Kelly by Woodcroft Garuda K was Part bred Champion congratulations to her breeder Helen & Carrie. Woodcroft Helena is graded & her foal by Utah van Erpekom is Reserve Champion Part Bred, congratulations vinca. Congratulations also to Margo Muhlenkamp for winning the Woodcroft stud Young riders cup. ***

*** Woodcroft Frazer Represent England for the Home International Team with Emma Walters. Kishon & Emily Laughton Qualify for the Novice Eventing Regional Finals & were 3rd Novice Eventing at Keysoe. Amanda Barrett & Warlock are 1st, 4 times out at Novice Dressage @ Port Royal, Willerby Hill & Epworth EC & Fry's . Marie Browns boys De Beste wins his first Elementary & is second in the Medium & Russell is 2nd in the Novice @ Richmond, he has also just won his first Elementary. Julie Browns mare Vespa is graded with Elite marks at the BHHS show. Congratulations to you all, what a great result for September ! ***
***Woodcroft Gonzales by Woodcroft Garuda K is 3 year old Reserve Champion & has Elite marks. Grace Kelly by Garuda K is Reserve Champion Foal also with Elite marks. British Equestrian Federation Championships 2008 at Addington Equestrian center judged by Carl Hester & Lesley Payton Gilbert. ***
*** 23rd August 2008, Warmblood Breeders National Summer Show, Woodcroft Natalie is Reserve Champion of the Mare Grading & a Silver Medal Mare.***
*** 5th August 2008, BEF Futurity at Arena UK was an outstanding success Woodcroft Gazelle continues the run of all Garuda K foals to date gaining at least a 1st Premium. Grace Kelly out of Westpoint Freya by Garuda K bred by Carrie Adams & Helen Hulse achieved a fantastic score of 9.19 & was awarded a rare Elite. Woodcroft Gonzales out of Crosslanes Galadriel by Garuda K now owned by Amanda Barrett was also awarded a rare Elite with an amazing score of 9.41. The Piebald stallion Amour G owned by Pippa Childerhouse & shown by Tim Harris & Moritz Gerhmann also became Elite with a score of 9.31.***
***Russell, was sold unseen to Marie Brown in May, they have just won there first Dressage competition at Richmond with 75%. The judge commented on him being a really super horse & Marie said he has changed her Life! Congratulations. ***
*** Woodcroft O` Neil competing at the International Trakehner Bundesturnier in Hanover July 08. This was O'Neils first International competition, she was 3rd in the 'L' class & 4th in the 5 & 6 year old class with 78%***

*** Young Rider Emily Laughton & her German bred Trakehner gelding Kishon by Kronjewel are attracting much attension. 3rd Pre Novice Holdenby, 3rd Novice Milton Keynes, 6th pre Novice Brigstock, qualified twice Pre Novice Regional finals. Emily was Reserve Champion Trakehner Young rider in 2006. Kishon was sourced for Emily on a trip to Germany - directly from his breeder. Congratulations on your success! ***
***Woodcroft Frazer and Emma are going great guns, winning there first ever intro with a Dressage score of 29.5 As well as the Novice Restriced Dressage @ Fry's ***
***Congratulations Helen Babington Smith & Glenlivet 11 ( Gambrinus ) bought from Woodcroft Stud. Helen was Reserve Champion Young Trakehner rider in 2007. The pair won the Prelim Restricted Qualifier at Fenning Farm which was featured in Horse & Hound 15th May 2008. ***
***Congratulations to Jan, Melissa & Sunny Bay for coming 3rd in the Shearwater 4 Year old qualifier with 75% at Oldencraig. 3rd in the Badminton Young Dressage Horse Qualifier with 73% & highest placed 4year old. Sunny Bay has won every Prelim to date. In the Hickstead Scales of training he notched up 80.83% scoring four 9's. Sunny Bay was bought from us as a 3 year old. ***
*** Woodcroft Garuda K & Malcolm Holthausen Win their 6th Medium Dressage test in a row with scores of upto 72%. See H&H 8th May 08 page 50. They have qualified for the Summer Regionals at Medium & will aim for Qualification at Advanced Medium. Garuda K is now a BWBS Group 2 Stallion due to his competition success! ***

Windel Claret has a chestnut filly. - Congratulations! Garuda K is now Standing at the superb Rosewood Stud Newmarket.***

***Congratulations Rebecca & Rachael, Sybero (Bramham) & Concerto (Thirlestane Castle) Both Qualified for the 4 Year old Burghley Young Event Horse Championships 2007 & Pavo Championships with Concerto coming 6th overall. Both horses were supplied by Woodcroft Stud and Ridden by Australian International Brooke Staples. ***

WOODCROFT O`NEILL WINS SUPREME CHAMPION OF THE TRAKEHNER BREEDERS FRATERNITY ANNUAL SHOW 2006

Woodcroft's Crosslanes Galadriel is awarded Premium status after sucessfully completing her mare performance test and coming joint second
Woodcroft O'Neill is also awarded Premium status and is Champion of the Mare Grading scoring an outstanding 57points, she also became Champion of the Mare Performance Test as well as becoming Supreme Champion of the show.
Singing Horatio who was shown and produced by Tim was also fully Graded, the first British Bred Stallion in 7 years to grade, our Congratulations go to Edward and Marleen of the Singing stud for such a magnificent result.
Woodcroft Stud has an excellent result at the British Warmblood Show
Pr. Woodcroft's Hirtenfreude 1st 4 - 6 year Old Brood Mare Class & Reserve Champion Broodmare.
Galtur by Woodcroft Garuda K owned and bred by Sue Johnson and Liz Wilks was also 3rd in the Colt Foal Class.
Select & Pr. Woodcroft O`Neill 1st, 3 year Old Class, she was awarded SELECT STUD BOOK status & received a rare award of a Silver Medal in the Mare Grading, she was also awarded a First Star in the Mare PerformanceTest gaining an 8 from the guest rider after only being backed for three weeks, having a tooth removed 2 days before and loosing a shoe during the test !
